Shipping and payment
Payment for Autotint glasses is carried out after the conclusion of a manufacturing contract in one of the following ways:
  • Cash
  • Cashless payments
Delivery of OnGlass glasses is carried out with compulsory insurance for the amount of their value in the name and at the expense of the customer by the transport company in one of the following ways:
  • to the terminal of the transport company closest to the customer's address
  • at the customer's address
  • manufacturer's partner in the city of the customer (hereinafter - the certified installation center)
Upon acceptance of OnGlass glasses, the customer must check them for integrity.
If the fact of damage to OnGlass glasses is revealed, the Customer refuses to accept them by drawing up an act of refusal to accept and receive.
Installation of OnGlass windows on a car can be carried out by a certified installation center, as well as any other qualified service at the customer's choice.
Advantages of installing OnGlass glass on a car by a certified installation center:
  • the work performed is guaranteed for a period of 6 months from the date of installation
  • in case of initial replacement by the manufacturer of OnGlass glasses under warranty, their installation is carried out by a certified installation center
free of charge, subject to the previous installation
no more than 5,000 (five thousand) rubles, subject to the previous installation in any other service
  • in case of repeated replacement by the manufacturer of OnGlass glasses under warranty, their installation is carried out by a certified installation center free of charge
